By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Custom, Handmade, and One-of-a-Kind Items

All items are handcrafted by hand using wood from our family farm, reclaimed materials, or refurbished goods. Because of the natural materials and handmade process, each item is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and style from the images shown. These variations are part of the charm and are not defects.

2. Customization and Personalization

Many of our products offer customizable wording or color options. Please ensure all custom text or details provided are accurate at the time of ordering. We will create your item based on the information you provide and cannot be responsible for errors due to incorrect or unclear instructions.

3. No Exact Duplicates

Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, no two items can be exactly replicated. If an item is listed as “one of a kind,” it will not be remade once sold.

4. Order Processing and Shipping
As all items are made to order, please allow adequate time for crafting and shipping. Estimated processing and delivery times will be communicated at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because of the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of any issues, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

6. Care Instructions

To preserve the quality and beauty of your handmade item, please follow any care instructions provided. Keep items away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight when possible.

All designs, images, and content related to our products are the property of Miss Henny’s Handmade Originals and may not be copied or used without permission.
